Our Bridgewater Resident, Jason Dickson owns Southern Painting Maintenance Specialists Inc. here in Greenville. Some of you may remember Jason generously donated his services last year and repainted our pool house free of charge. In a recent post on the community Facebook Page, Jason offered to heavily discount his services for the residents of Bridgewater, should they be interested in repainting their homes this summer. Pricing and information is listed below. He is currently targeting a timeframe of Mid-August to Early September to begin the jobs. Bridgewater Special Includes:*
Washing and prepping, applying Sherwin Williams Rain Refresh (premium paint) on siding
and all soffits and previously painted surfaces. Includes painting exterior of front and rear doors.
In addition: Replacement hardie boards or repair can be handled on a per house basis and discuss the costs of that prior to painting.
Bridgewater Special Pricing (based on the number of homeowners who commit)
1-3 houses – $6500
4-8 houses – $6150
9-12 houses – $5800
To make it work, Jason would want to schedule these back to back and dedicate a crew to be here and work 2 houses at a time until all are completed.
